Each row is one request: who it went to, what it asks for, when it was sent and where it stands. Status comes from the requester's own records. When a record has been received or a letter sent, its PDF is linked under the request. Copies of requests leave out contact details and parcel lists.
Date given: the Town has named a date. Waiting: sent and acknowledged, with an estimate still running or under appeal. Past estimate: the estimate has passed with no decision found. In court: part of a pending Article 78 case. To confirm: the status is still being checked.
Post it in the Facebook group. Please include the agency, the date sent, what you asked for and any response you received. Remove personal details such as phone numbers before sharing a record.
